Introducing our Latest CData Driver Release

As part of our latest CData Driver release, new data sources are now available – most notably, FHIR, Oracle SCM, and Zoho Inventory. In this article, we discuss these three technologies and how CData Software now provides practical solutions to give our customers end-to-end data connectivity to each source.

FHIR Connectivity

FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) is a standard that determines how healthcare information is exchanged between different machines. FHIR helps keep information in the right hands so that only those who need the information have access to it.

CData’s connectivity solutions provide users with SQL access to FHIR. What’s more, we have built FHIR connectivity solutions to keep up with the ever-growing data landscape and meet the needs of our direct CData Arc customers, as well as those partners who require direct connectivity to FHIR from within their own platforms.

Oracle SCM

Oracle SCM, or Supply Chain Management, is a cloud-based application that syncs end-to-end business processes of various supply chains. Its capabilities include product innovation, strategic material sourcing, outsources manufacturing, integrated logistics, omni-channel fulfillment, and integrated demand-supply planning.

CData added support for Oracle SCM based on a direct customer request, helping them extend the connectivity in their own reporting and analytics platform. By adding this support, we also expand our own integration capabilities with the Oracle ecosystem.

Through our Oracle SCM solutions, customers get direct SQL access to their Oracle SCM data, including supply chain, maintenance, manufacturing, inventory, and more.

Zoho Inventory

Zoho Inventory is cloud-based inventory management software that helps businesses create and manage both sales and purchase orders, and track inventory. Organizations can integrate it with online sales channels like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, as well as shopping carts like Shopify and many more.

CData added support for Zoho Inventory primarily to build a connector for CData Arc, allowing customers to seamlessly integrate Zoho Inventory into their business-to-business communications and workflows. In addition to enabling connectivity from CData Arc, we have built a full suite of connectivity solutions to enable SQL access to live Zoho Inventory data from popular tools, applications, and platforms.
